The following delivery costs will be charged:

With an order quantity up to Fr. 99.- postage costs of Fr. 7.90 charged.

Delivery from Fr. 99.- is free.

For orders under CHF 30.-, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 7.20 will be charged.

If the items are picked up from our logistics partner TRANSfair, there are no shipping costs.

Delivery times

Standard deliveries take place within 1-2 working days.

The deliveries do not have a tracking number and can therefore not be tracked.

Shipping partner

Our products are made by the Transfair Foundation picked and done the post shipped. Larger orders are handled by our logistics partner the Gafner AG shipped.

Returns of goods / right of withdrawal

If defects are found in the goods upon receipt, we will take them back in accordance with our terms and conditions. If there is no damage to the goods during transport, there is no right of withdrawal.

If items are no longer in their original packaging, they cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene.
